Mattias Eidelbrekt

Head of Strategy / Eidelbrekt Consulting

Mattias Eidelbrekt works with companies at key inflection points—when they have outgrown their structure, are navigating a transformation, or are preparing for their next phase of growth.

He operates across board, executive, and advisory roles, often embedding directly with founder-led and growth-stage companies. His work focuses on building commercial frameworks, supporting capital raising, strengthening investor relations, and enabling international expansion.

Mattias has experience across Industrial Tech, Advanced Manufacturing, Safety Tech, Mobility, DeepTech, and B2B SaaS. His approach is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with teams on go-to-market development, commercial strategy, and organisational build-out.

His background includes:

  • Driving a full commercial pivot from B2C to a scalable B2B licensing model, including building a commercial framework across multiple revenue-generating pilots

  • Raising capital through equity and convertible instruments and developing investor narratives to support funding rounds

  • Supporting companies through critical financing phases and preparing them for continued growth

  • Building and scaling commercial operations in international markets, including establishing teams, legal structures, and commercial agreements

  • Leading commercial strategy and P&L ownership in global partner-driven business models

Mattias combines strategic and operational experience, supporting companies in structuring their commercial efforts, strengthening their capital position, and preparing for scalable growth.
