Jonas Hagman is a European Patent Attorney and senior IP strategist with over 20 years of experience helping technology-driven companies protect and grow their innovation. He is the founder of IPsteading, where he supports startups and scaleups through fractional IP leadership, strategic advisory, and access to a modern network of IP service providers .

Jonas also serves as IP Manager for several high-tech companies—including Scandinavian Real Heart, Polar Light Technologies, and Zipwake—where he builds lean, effective internal IP structures, manages global portfolios, and ensures that the IP efforts lead to increased value and growth, in anything from concept to commercialisation. He sits on advisory boards, invests in early-stage ventures through Futuresteading, and brings a strong background from senior roles at Zacco and Bergenstråhle & Partners.
